Halloween Cookies with Kiddos! - Sat, Oct 26th @11am
Looking for a fun (and yummy) activity with the kiddos?!? Just Add Cookies is here for you! In this 60-minute kids-focused class, we will have a blast decorating sugar cookies with royal icing!
Each ticket gets you two seats in the class--one for a grown-up, and one for a kiddo. Want to bring more than one child? You can add on seats below, for a total of up to three kids per grown-up. Each person will have a set of three yummy cookies to decorate! ⛄
This class is on Sat, Oct 26th, at 11am, at the Roy Smith Shelterhouse at Fred Fuller Park in Kent, OH (497 Middlebury Rd). Please arrive at least a few minutes early, so we have all the time we need to decorate and answer questions along the way.
You will have an enthusiastic, experienced COOKIE COACH, plus 3 Vanilla Bean cookies per person, icing and sprinkles to share, and all the tools necessary to knock this cookie class out of the park! No baking or icing mixing will be done during class--you'll just be decorating. All that's needed is YOU!
The class is designed to be most fun for kids aged 3-10. All kids younger than 10 must be accompanied by a grown-up. Grown-ups must be 18 years or older. Anyone age 3+ must have a paid seat.
NOTE - You will immediately receive a confirmation email when your ticket purchase is successful. You will also receive an email confirmation five days before the event with any additional needed information. No paper tickets are required for this cookie class.

What will we be doing in the class?
Besides having the most fun ever? I will provide you with step-by-step demonstrations, so you and your kiddos can decorate your very own set of cookies that you will take home with you that day.
Do we need to know how to bake?
Nope! No baking experience required. I will have the cookies pre-made for you along with the icing already mixed and colored.
What do we need to bring?
Nothing but a smile! Everything will be provided for you including my (rather tasty) sugar cookies. All you need to do is join in and have fun! We might get a little messy, so you might want to bring aprons or just wear easy-to-wash clothing. Oh – and bring your phone – we love photos!
What age is best for the Cookies with Kiddos classes?
The Cookies with Kiddos classes are designed to be the most fun for kids 3-10 and their accompanying grown-ups. Kiddos 10 and up are welcome, but they may have more fun at our regular cookie decorating classes. The class is not designed for kids under 3 years, but you can bring them along IF you can keep them in your lap! Every person age 3 and up needs to have a purchased seat to attend the class.
Can just my child take the class?
Nope, sorry! Good try though... 😂 All kiddos must be accompanied by a responsible 18+ cookie buddy. If the grown-up prefers, they can let their kiddo(s) decorate all the cookies, but they do need to be sitting with them during the class. Due to space restrictions, we do not have room for grown-up buddies to stand by and watch the class without a paid seat. Anyone age 3 and up will need their own ticket for the class. But I promise you this - it's super fun for all involved!
Do we have to stay the whole time?
Nope! Please do whatever works for you. You will receive all the supplies at the start of class, so any time you feel like it might be a good time for a quick exit--go for it! You can take everything home with you and finish up when the time is right.
What will I bring home?
By the end of the class, you and your kiddos will have created a set of gorgeous cookies ready to dry for 24 - 48 hours in their own box. At the end of class, all your extra cookies and icing are yours to keep!

This class will be held at the Roy Smith Shelterhouse Fred Fuller Park in Kent, OH - that address is 601 Middlebury Rd, Kent, OH 44240. There is a parking lot adjacent to the shelterhouse,
We signed up for a class but we're sick or can't make it…
😕 We understand that life happens, so you are able to cancel for a full refund up to 7 days before the class.
Any cancelation within 7 days of the session and before class day will receive a Just Add Cookies credit for 50% of the class price, and redeemable for up to 6 months from the credit issue date. Or you can choose to transfer your spot to friends with no additional fee (and what a nice friend you are)!
If you do not cancel before class day or do not show up, we won’t be able to offer you a refund or a credit. So please reach out before class starts!
If you arrive at a session with observable symptoms of contagious illness, we will ask that you leave, but we’ll give you a credit towards a future session. We want you better and you need some rest!

Please note – these cookies are produced in a home kitchen in which foods with other common, known allergens are prepared. Please consider your allergies before registering.
Class Cancelation Policy: Classes may be canceled at the discretion of me, the event host. This rarely happens – but in the extremely rare event that it does, you’ll receive a 100% refund.
Classes with low attendance may be canceled. Don’t be sad! You can either get a class credit for a future class (along with our apologies), or a full refund! We’ll let you know if your class has low attendance five days before the event is scheduled so that you can find other plans for that day.
Weather Policy: Sometimes Jack Frost doesn’t play well with cookie class schedules, and Mother Nature seems to be takin’ notes. In the event of inclement weather, we’ll contact you with options – these may differ depending on the weather event, but rest assured – we’ll figure something out!
