All of our cookies are made from scratch in Kent, OH, with high-quality baking ingredients, including real butter, white and brown sugars, cage-free eggs, and baking flour.
Our Vanilla Bean cookies get their well-rounded and rich flavor from Nielsen-Massey pure vanilla bean paste, made from real vanilla beans.

Cookie Icing
All of my decorated cookies are iced with royal icing, which has a powdered sugar and meringue powder (pasteurized egg white) base. I then add special ingredients to round out the flavor of the cookie. Flavorings and colorings in the royal icing vary based on cookie flavor and decoration theme. Please note that this version of royal icing is shelf-stable and does not need to be refrigerated.

Some of my cookie creations, such as Do-It-Yourself (DIY) kits and Cookie Cutie Cups, include a shelf-stable buttercream-style icing. This icing is great for dunking cookies and at-home decorating, but does not work well for detailed decorated cookies.

These cookies have a softer bite and the taste is reminiscent of honey graham crackers. Ingredients include real honey and ground cinnamon.

Vanilla Bean Cookies
These cookies are a more traditional sugar cookie flavor, with the addition of real vanilla bean paste. This rounds out the flavor so they are not quite as sweet!
